This is where habits are made! Boys DTS is replacing our Boys Saturday Skills sessions and is a 3 1/2 month long training system for advanced players that provides athletes with:

DTS (Developmental Technical System) provides technical instruction with high technical reps.
Focus being on body control, coordination training, movement training and tactical understanding.

You cannot outperform your habits over time. Habits are formed with consistency and takes hours and hours of deliberate focus and training.
